RSM RUN CLUB SCHEDULE

Come join us for awesome interval workouts every Wednesday night at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 7am! If you are new to interval running, have no fear! We will bring you along slowly and personalize your workout according to your current race times and fitness level. Wednesday workouts will consist of combination of strength training and interval running.
