Road Race Coaching and Training Program
Mark was a NY State Champion in the high school mile and ran for Indiana University where he was coached by former Olympic coach Sam Bell. Though Mark had to retire from running secondary to injury, he has always had the desire to coach and mentor runners to help them achieve their respective goals. Our Road Racing Program consists of a combination of timed track/road workouts along with a strengthening program to help maximize potential and reduce risk of injury. Running form will also be evaluated to help identify flaws that decrease efficiency and increase risk of injury.
Coaching Package Includes: 4 running workouts, 4 weight training sessions a month.
