BOOM FOOTBALL will be offered on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday's and will be broken down into 2 Six Week Sections running consecutively -- the first section will run March 5th to April 13th with the second session starting April 16 running thru May 25th. Class times will be offered from 4 to 5 pm and 6 to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays with 12pm to 1pm and 1pm to 2pm slots offered on Sundays.
Tuesday sessions will focus on increasing speed, change of direction, and explosiveness. Thursday sessions will focus on improving power, sled work and recovery. Sunday classes will be a combo day with a general conditioning circuit and recovery.
Athletes will also have the opportunity to get treatment modalities, hot/cold packs, soft tissue work and stretching as needed.
