Athletic Performance Strength Program
This program spans 8 weeks and is headed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Cory Windle. This program will focus on improving performance through strength gains, increasing speed and improving overall mobility. If you are serious about improving in your respective sport, this is THE PROGRAM for you. Meet twice a week for a total of 16 sessions. This complete program is being offered at $200. Drop-ins are welcome at $15 per session. Sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9pm or Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-7pm.
