Six Week Strength Program
Rehab and Sports Med Outfitters, inc. offers a one on one 6 week strength program that focuses on hypertrophy, strength, and power. This program is 3x a week for 6 weeks and will transform your body and athletic performance. Feel better, feel stronger and improve the way you feel. Certified Strength Coaches will develop a customized program following an in depth evaluation of your current level of fitness. Technique and form will be instructed and observed to ensure safety during lifts.
