RSM SPEED, AGILITY, AND FUNCTIONAL STRENGTHENING
RSM Outfitters, inc. introduces a new plan developed by therapists and trainers to improve speed, agility, and functional strengthening. Functional strengthening aims at correcting weak movement patterns that commonly play a role in potential injuries. A Functional Movement Screen consisting of seven tests will be used to identify and assess each individual's movement patterns. A personalized strength program will then be created and used to help maximize performance on the field. This unique program combines therapists' knowledge of injury prevention principles with RSM's certified trainers' expertise in improving overall speed and strength.
This four week program will consist of 4 sessions meeting once a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. One hour sessions will begin at 7:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 6:00pm on Fridays. RSM Trainers will be incorporating dynamic warmups, plyometrics, isometric strengthening, sled training, and hill workouts to maximize speed, agility, and power.
