RSM SUMMER OFF-SEASON SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Sign your 13+ aged athlete up for this 3 or 4 day a week strength program. Each 75 minute class will be limited to 4 athletes per class. This will be to ensure that each athlete gets INDIVIDUALIZED attention. Workout programs will be based off of initial evaluation and focus on general strengthening progressing to explosiveness/power, agility, speed and sport specific exercise training. This is NOT a cookie cutter program.
